FFEI Partner with Twitch? 29th May Comeback?!

FFEI goes to Saitama Japan for a huge comeback which will be livestreamed on Twitch!?

Hello all. It's great to finally be back in business and to get our fighters back where they want to be. It's taken several weeks for this pandemic to go by but now it finally looks like we can make our way back to reality by taking small steps at a time.

Due to the situation we are in, there will be some big changes being made to make sure the company can get back to doing regular shows every week. The first big change is FFEI will be partnering up with Twitch to bring you live action of our shows. Every show from now on will be livestreamed on our twitch channel and will be uploaded to YouTube shortly afterwards.

The next change is where the fights will be held. We plan to host every event at the Saitama Super Arena located in Chūō-ku, Saitama City, Japan. We have looked at the infection rate and death rate in every country we could do shows in and Japan is the safest place to hold the events. We will eventually be able to use the 02 Arena in London, England in mid june and potentially some places in USA and Canada in July. This is a tough time for everyone but we plan to provide our fans with entertainment as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, since we have to only do shows in Japan, this will mean some fighters will not be able to attend the events. George Ferrari has already confirmed he will not be able to attend, as well as Jamal Johnson and Tyrone Andersen. 

 With Fight Night 29 just around the corner, on the 29th of May, let's discuss who is participating. Asoma Cannonier will be fighting Isaac Frost for the Heavyweight Championship in the main event, which we imagine will be a very thrilling fight considering the sheer size of the two fighters. the co main event will have the undefeated Russian champion Kazamir 'The King' Dorokhov take on Cordell Reed in a highly anticipated rematch. Other fighters such as Chris Kelly, Connor Briggs and Alexsander Kosko are expected to make an appearance tomorrow night. Further information will be released later tonight.
